Our blend combines roasted carob pods, chicory root and cacao nibs with honeybush and earthy chaga mushrooms (Inonotus obliquus). Chaga mushrooms are parasitic fungi found on birch trees that produce protrusions similar to charcoal chunks – and are known for their adaptogenic properties that help the body manage stress and strengthen immune function. They’re rich in beta-glucans, antioxidants polysaccharides and sterols content – as well as ethical harvesting in Boreal forest of Northern Canada.
