These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Zenetics.us and purchases made directly through this website. Zenetics is operated by EZ SALES, LLC, 502 N. Main Street #216, Weatherford, TX 76086, United States (“Zenetics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using Zenetics.us or placing an order through the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

1. About Zenetics

Zenetics is an online retailer. We offer Organo-branded and related products for purchase through Zenetics.us. Zenetics is not the manufacturer of Organo products. Product names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

These Terms apply to purchases made directly on Zenetics.us. Purchases made through Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or another third-party marketplace are governed by that marketplace’s order, payment, support, and return process.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

We may suspend or restrict access to an account when reasonably necessary to protect the site, customers, payment systems, or our business from fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity.

We may limit quantities or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, an order cannot be fulfilled, or we identify an obvious pricing or listing error. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

If a price or promotion is clearly incorrect because of a technical or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund rather than fulfill the order at the erroneous price.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Zenetics.us currently serves customers in the United States. Available shipping methods, charges, and any estimated delivery information are presented during checkout when applicable.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Shipping delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, address issues, demand, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if you discover an address error; we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

7. Returns, Refunds, Damaged Items, and Cancellations

Returns and refunds for eligible purchases made directly on Zenetics.us are governed by our Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Our current return window for eligible direct purchases is 60 days, subject to the conditions stated in the Returns Policy. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct instructions. Do not send returns to our business contact address unless our support team specifically instructs you to do so.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and a description of the issue.

An order may be canceled only before it has entered fulfillment or shipped.

8. Marketplace Purchases

Orders placed through Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or another third-party marketplace are not Zenetics.us direct orders. For order-specific payment, cancellation, shipment, return, or refund assistance, use the marketplace through which the purchase was made.

9. Promotions and Coupons

Promotions and coupon codes may be subject to additional conditions, expiration dates, product exclusions, usage limits, or restrictions on combining offers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

You may not use Zenetics.us for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive activity; attempt unauthorized access to the site or another user’s account; interfere with site operation or security; scrape or extract site content in a manner that harms the service; or use the site in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights.
