New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets officials are issuing an alert about CB brand “Instant Reishi Coffee 4 in 1”. This product contains undeclared milk which could present serious health hazards for people with severe milk allergies. Routine testing by Food Safety Inspectors found this product had milk allergens not declared on its label.
